Job Description

Anticipate the needs of the Founder and help him complete tasks for his projects

Ability to call people as required to drive projects forward

Drive all tasks necessary to move the company forward

Research from industry analysis to market analysis to marketing analysis

Help develop Marketing and Advertising plans and then execute on them.

Help prepare project proposals for clients

Help prepare client presentations

Write content articles for various lines of business

Research and build potential customer lists of both individuals and companies

Help find contact information for potential customers; (emails, phone numbers, blogs and other social media)

Developer a 1 to 1 personal outreach strategy to potential customers.

Track potential customers and setup meetings with them and the founder

Ability to successfully manage multiple marketing/advertising channels including but not limited to: personal and professional networks, blogs, forums, cold calling and advertising.



Experience in a consulting firm

Experience copy writing articles, presentations, proposals



Be a hustler, go getter, do-er, and or the venerable honey badger.

Ability to manage projects to completion

Ability to learn new skills, areas of expertise and technologies

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality. Can report on status of projects in a meaningful way.

Proven self-starter, strong team player; with strong organizational and time management skills.

Youre innovative, extremely creative, and constantly looking for ways make your self and team more efficient.

Obsessive about driving tasks to completion.

Youre a charismatic people person who can talk to anyone; youre flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world.

Strong Computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel and/or Google Docs, Google Sheets

The founder will also need help with personal projects, tasks and events youll be happy to help with them as well as company tasks

Self-driven. You have hustle, superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You dont get easily overwhelmed

Anticipate the needs of the Founder and help him complete those tasks

You can manager your projects and those of others by following up on project tasks and request tasks be completed by deadlines.

Update weekly reports for the business on tasks and summary of projects/initiatives

Ability to get on a call at least 3 times a week between 8am-10am PT

Ability to create content for blogs and other media to drive traffic

Arrange meetings and follow up on tasks for the Founder

Help drive others on the team to complete their tasks on time, by following up with them by phone

Help do individual outreach to potential customers, by email and phone.

Develops customer outreach and advertising strategies for each product and present to founder; clearly defines outreach strategies and expectations.

Help measure marketing and advertising strategies

Sources content writers and producers by researching and contacting community bloggers, content generation companies and contract writers.

Screen, evaluate and project manager content producers to make sure they deliver on time.

Develops advertising strategy, content marketing, advertising, meetup/community presentation and direct outreach.

Build target customer lists from various channels (e.g., social media, Github, Angel List,

meetups, events, open-source projects) whatever it takes to find customer by reaching out to them personally.

Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
