 Duties andresponsibilities

 

  • Oversee the HR strategy across Philippines office.
  • Management employee satisfaction andtraining/development
  • Manage relationships with all third party suppliers across Philippines.
  • Ensure all employment contracts across Philippines are compliant in accordance with locallaws
  • Have a legal understanding of ROHQ and also strong in labor laws / compliance.
  • Continuous improvement of HR best practices such as training, development, performanceimprovement.
  • Manage and implement corporate culture cultivation and companywidecommunication.
  • Implement and manage effective employee inductionprograms.
  • Manage a team of HR/Admin staff responsible for HR/Recruitment activities within all BCS Manila office.
  • Monitoring and identifying risks and opportunities related to resourceutilization.
  • Ensuring the proper review of payroll / appraisal process and bench mark the activities.

 

 

 Qualifications

 

 

  • Commerce / HR / Psychology degree orsimilar
  • 8years’ experience in a HR Management role for an IT outsourcingcompany
  • Effective communicationskills
  • Culturalawareness.
