OVERSEAS AST, a UAE based company with a diverse multinational workforce of more than 1800 personnel, is an internationally renown company with activities in the field of Civil, Construction, Building, Marine Engineering & Mechanical Pipelines including the construction of Harbours, Marinas, Power plants, Jetties, Wharfs, High Quality Buildings, Steel Fabrications, Maintenance and Corrosion Protection of off shore installations. Operating in the UAE, they pride themselves on a tradition of quality construction practices brought about by adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards. Due to securing major projects, they are seeking to fill many permanent positions.

The Position

●        Identifying project activities and preparation of project schedule according to contracts in coordination with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning departments

●        Monitoring all sub-contractors performance and actual progress against the project schedule

●        Preparation of method statements/work procedures in line with specification and safe working methods

●        Maintaining cost and time control of the projects. 

The Candidate

·         Degree in Civil Engineering

·         5-7 years experience in planning and monitoring

      construction programs of high-quality projects using Primavera

·         Proficiency in Primavera
